Co-Founder and Principal
Victor is a co-founder and partner of Accelia Capital, a successful real estate multi-unit residential syndication business. He has extensive experience in raising capital, repositioning assets, and investor relations, with a particular focus on syndication strategies, multi-family investing, and asset management.
Victor holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management with a specialization in Finance & Real Estate. As the Director of Operations for Accelia Capital, he oversees all aspects of operations to ensure investments deliver superior returns to investors.
Max Patyka
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Max is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment strategist, currently serving as a Co-founder and Managing Member at Accelia Capital. Prior to his pivotal role at Accelia Capital, Max was instrumental in co-founding TrueStay LLC, a dynamic property management company specializing in corporate and vacation rentals, which successfully expanded its property footprint in New Jersey.
Boasting over 15 years of illustrious tenure in the IT and finance industries, Max has honed his expertise in overseeing both local and offshore teams, ensuring the flawless execution of expansive projects. His professional prowess is characterized by a profound ability to blend cutting-edge technology with strategic automation processes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and repositioning assets to maximize returns.
An IICRC-certified property damage remediation specialist, he brings an additional layer of depth to his real estate and capital management endeavors. Max’s educational background is anchored by a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Finance, which he earned from CUNY Brooklyn College.
Outside the boardroom, Max is an avid globetrotter, fitness enthusiast, voracious reader, and dedicated family man, cherishing moments spent with his children. His diverse interests not only reflect a well-rounded personality but also enrich his professional perspective, driving his continuous pursuit of excellence.

Managing Partner
Rami Abrams is an entrepreneur with a global presence in the keto diet sector. He is celebrated for co-authoring “Keto Diet for Dummies,” a best-selling title that has topped Amazon’s list of diet books. Beyond publishing, Rami is the creator of the Total Keto Diet app and the co-founder of So Nourished, a brand specializing in keto-friendly products. His business ventures extend beyond nutrition into the real estate sector, where he has amassed over 6 years of hands-on experience with vacation rentals.
Rami’s diverse skill set—ranging from authorship and app development to product creation and real estate investment—positions him as a versatile entrepreneur capable of generating success across multiple industries.
